We do this by providing each client with individual attention throughout the planning and construction process. We listen to Owners to determine their primary project goals and solve problems so agreed upon objectives can be achieved. Our team program effectively balances cost, time and quality.
McDevitt & McDevitt has been providing construction services to business owners and professional developers since 1976. The owners of McDevitt & McDevitt have over 65 years of construction experience on more than 600 projects including 40+ office buildings, 105+ tilt-ups, 20+ retail structures, 60+ manufacturing remodels and 240+ tenant improvements and minor remodels.
Meeting the Owner's Needs
We make sure we understand the owner's goals by working closely with architects and engineers during the early phases of a project. We have learned to improve the building value by simplifying processes, verifying budgets and coordinating systems design. In many cases, trusted design-build subcontractors provide essential know-how to coordinate structural, mechanical and electrical systems. We have developed relationships with top architectural firms as part of understanding owner's needs, with the result that our clients return to us with repeat business and referrals. Some clients allow us to work with them every year as their business grows; others on an as-needed basis. We continue to strive to meet the needs of our clients with professionalism and integrity.
